Individual Therapy
Counseling sessions are unique and specialized for each individual. You and I will create a treatment plan that will help you to be successful in your recovery. Sessions are typically 50 minutes per week; however if you would like more sessions you can request more. Sessions include discussing the primary issues and concerns in your life that are affecting your recovery. You have the choice of short term or long-term treatment. This is your life and we will work towards a positive outcome.
Family Counseling
Addiction and mental health affects the whole family, and may take a long time to recover. Mental health and addiction can rip through the family’s life and cause devastation for years. I am trained in family therapy and helping your family begin the healing process. The family and the loved one need to heal and grow together.
Couples Therapy
Relationships can be a real life challenge with today's stressors. We can work together to help create a safe environment and begin healing the hurts.
